In the old Turkish language, "FEYH" has meanings such as spreading a good smell, exacerbating the heat, boiling the boiler.

2022 Came out with a draft of the project
created in January. Its main purpose was to be established as a test kitchen workshop based in Istanbul/ Mecidiyeköy.

 

In the first few months, the organization started with private dining for only 4-6 people and turned into event dinners for 10-18 people.  In the following months, the organization system
developed with catering events for
a maximum of 50 people.

Necmi SARIBAG, Istanbul regional supervisor and kitchen manager, actively organizes the incoming event programs. 

 

In March 2023, a kitchen workshop was established in Princeton, USA by Emre KUCUKYAVUZ, who is responsible for the region and financing.
